We act as intermediaries in negotiations involving athletes, coaches and clubs. In other words, we interconnect between these parties to concretize the contract. How are we organized?
Technical Department
Responsible for monitoring new talents and mapping the best soccer players in Brazil and abroad, with critical depth in technical and market analysis.
Commercial Department
Responsible for negotiating or renegotiating the signing, amendment or renewal of employment, training and transfer contracts for players in the national and international markets with the clubs.
Administrative and Financial Department
É a base da empresa e garante o ritmo e a sustentabilidade para o dia-a-dia da operação.
Legal Department
Responsible for guiding and advising the company as well as its customers. In addition, it elaborates and analyzes the various types of contracts.
Communication and Marketing Department
Responsible for managing the image and reputation of the Figer Group, mainly in the digital environment.
